September sounds like a reasonable time.
In addition to the list provided by Peter above, AWS 33 will be late October / early November.
August is definitely best avoided!
Simon will probably also fit another RRC in before AWS 33.
It seems there is no shortage of events!
The events calendar on the site is the best way we have at the moment of listing events. But, it's down to the organiser of the event to put an entry in. It's very beneficial as it generates all the sign-up pages etc. (We've had this discussion before...)

Would the weekend of the 4th/5th be suitable for everyone? I know some people can't make later in the month.

hey all,
due to circumstances beyond our control we have only recently got anywhere with the venue, unfortunetly the preposed weekend of the 4th/5th of september is not availible, we have however received some alternate dates they are:
18th september
19th september
16th october
17th october
how does the forum feel about those dates? i understand if the september dates are too short notice, but the october dates may be a bit close to other events...is there any date you would prefer? thought i should run it by you before i make a definate booking!
thanks
Jack

I'm fine with all of them, although I'd prefer a September date if possible. Shame about the venue though, by the sounds of it you've had a bit of a nightmare with them
EDIT: Just found out that the October dates clash with Robots Live! in Kidderminster - which I was hoping to go to - so now I think I can only make the September dates, sorry.
