Nuneaton Open anyone?

Post by limpet »

Due to the lack of ant events for a while if someone can provide the arena then I can supply the venue (Nuneaton - Ant Freeze venue). Just let me know.

Ditto for me :) Would there be possibility of non-combat events as well? It's been far too long since I had a game of antweight football...

Depending on the date I would be interested and can bring the arena.
Probably can't do one weekend in August although not sure which yet but Sept and Oct look clear so far.

I want to gauge interest of doing the Antweight Team Champs at this venue (cost of venue has been the main limiting factor).
For those unaware, the ATC's are a mixture of combat and games, set points for each event and in the past it was 4 teams of several ants, but this time it may be 8 teams of 2 roboteers, using 2 robots each from their squad (any with just 1 ant would be put into a team with another 1 robot team and a 2 robot team, to allow the same variety.

Assuming John would be alright with that too, I'd be interested :) I'll even come up with a less stupid team name this time!

I am in favour of September. August is too popular for holidays and its near, and October is nearly November :)
I`ll speak with the venue organiser today and see what is available.

Quick vote, 19th or 26th September is available, any preference?
