Had some time to spare this afternoon so I started on a beetle to replace Eggbeater for the time being. Undercutter thing.





Made the holder for the weapon bearings. Yeah I'm live shafting, because it's much easier for me to do.



Front bit, will mount motors off here and other stuff. Will be going for the generic T style I think.






bolted together and with vague parts layout. Unsure of what weapon will be. I kinda want a single tooth disc, but then I run into the cost of watercutting etc. I'll probably either cut a flat bar out of hardox or make a thick blocky one out of mild or stainless.

Want to make it reliable as hell. Toying with the idea of an interchangeable saw blade or something that isn't a KE dump depending on opponent.

Single tooth disc, printed a card version out 1:1 and cut it out. Real one will be hardox.


Made some bracing to stop breakage too, 15mm aluminium, same grade as the frame.
