Re: Pop!
That there is 1.6mm ID tubing with a thick sidewall. I have some thin wall 2mm tubing that I got from GiantCOD a while back to go in the real thing.
I just bought a length of that 2.5mm ID to try as well so I will see how that goes.

Re: Pop!
I got the 2.5mm ID hose. It's very flexible but too loose on my barbed connectors. I have designed a piece to remove connectors and hoses in the areas that need a high flow. However I don't have time to make that until after the AWS.
In other news it turns out it's really tricky to mold tyres... attempt 5 looks promising but I'm still not totally happy. A change in the mixture ratio has at least made the colour more pleasant...

Re: Pop!
I also got the 2.5mmid hose, it's about perfect for the setup I have. It blows off at about 120psi, and as you say is very flexible. I'm sure if I had barbed connectors instead of smooth ones it could handle a lot more.

I could potentially although they are quite expensive. These were made out of material I had left over from a client's project.

After an eternity of redesigns and failures I finally have a version of Pop! that works. Videos to come once I convince this RX to bind.

Re: Pop!
Looking forward to the video. How many flips are you getting with the QEVs? I may jinx this but there may be another pneumatic flipper, what about a pneumatic melee ![Very Happy :D](./images/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif)
