Having another look at the new flipper I decided many of the problems were caused by having too much of the weight high and rearward making the robot unstable and difficult to self right. By removing part of the servo mount I was able to move the wheels further back and make the whole robot lower. I then placed the controller board/receiver under the flipper on one side and the batteries the other side further lowing the CofG and moving more weight forward. The result is a far more stable machine that should be a lot more competitive. Here are some shots.

Here are some new pics with the top on. On the back of antagonize there's a long mark that looks like a crack. It's acually a rubber band to help the back stay together. The armour is two pieces, the most permanent thing holding it together is the tape. On each side the walls overlap so they fit into one another really snug, and the rubber band is there just to make sure it doesn't fall apart. Good thing I'm not doing full combat.
