Right, I figured my Journey out:

Leave Oxford at 7: 34
Arrive in SUA at 9:01 (one minute late for a bus to Harvington)
Catch bus to Harvington at 10:00
Arrive in Harvington at 10: 26, about half hour before the event starts.

Just give me a phone call when you get to SUA station Dave and I'm sure we'll find each other :)

Dave, I wont be in SUA station til 10:21, thats the earliest possible time for me, so you'll either have to go ahead alone or re-think your journey plan if you want to meet.

Also there's a few regulars missing off the entry list. Are some people not coming?

Hi Andrew,

We can pick you up at 8:30, usual arrangement about stopping for food on the way back, and we'll have to leave as soon as it finishes. Don't worry about the petrol.

Is that OK with you?

I will be coming and bringing my arena. I haven't filled in the signup sheet yet.

Been really busy recently so trying to build some ants and repair the ones I have.

Got Odyssey and Anteater at the moment, trying to get another one working.

RAD, is that one of mine?

I haven't had any time to do Pixiedust TS. I have been decorating solidly for ages and ants come down the list.

Right, I need the people coming by train to organise between themselves, if it would be possible to arrive at similar-ish times. if it is, I will go ahead and organise a taxi so you dont have to get the bus. I can get a 4-seater or a 6, so a headcount of people coming on trains would also be appreciated.

I've sorted out local directions with my dad, basically, from the A46 you turn left (if your coming from the south) or right (from the north) at the roundabout onto the A44, then immediatly theres another roundabout, which you turn right at onto the B4088 (i think), follow that for a bit, over a roundabout, then right onto Village street at a crossroads, then keep going till you get to the hall on your left. I'll double check all that and do it in more detail with maps etc on....*thinks*.....Wednesday, and add this to the main post then. Toodles!

Rad is still vapourware. Perhaps for RRC11...
