Here's a map of all the bus stops around the National Express coach station:
http://www.buses.co.uk/bustimes/old%20steine.pdf
The coach station is in Pool Valley. You then need to get to bus stop G in the Old Steine. It's only about 5 mins walk. Head north out of Pool Valley (away from the sea!) into the Old Steine, then follow it clockwise to bus stop G, next to the War Memorial.
Catch either a 1 or a 1A to Mile Oak.
Get off at Chalky Road. The bus stop is about 50m from the venue:

The bus costs ?2.80 (return), a lot less than a taxi ride through the traffic on a Saturday morning! The buses run every 7-8 minutes and (most) have on-board displays telling you which is the next stop.

Oliver, if you can bring your arena we can run 2 arenas like at AWS 17. Hopefully it will speed things along a bit.
I take it you will also bring scales and cube as usual?
I think my arena will be configured with 2 walls and 2 drops on each side, making each drop-off 7.5" (190mm) wide. The walls are only 45mm high so plenty of chance for lifters to show off!
