Dave of the Razer: I am at uni in Leeds and will be getting a train back to Hull on Friday the 17th (its an hours journey and about a tenner if you've got a railcard).
If you can get a bus into Leeds on the 17th, I can meet you in Leeds train station and you can get the train up with me and crash at my place.
I'm getting a lift back to Leeds from Hull on the Sunday as well, so we should be able to give you a lift there too on the way back.
Hows that sound?
A lot of people haven't signed up yet, I take it a lot of you are waiting for after RRC8, or haven't been bothered yet. No real rush, would just be nice to see some new names down.
Also, can someone bring a cube to the event? Mines a bit, well, unprofessional...
Thanks.

Re: Cluster bots (sorry been busy the last few days)
Dave you didn't make it up!
It was all Hib's fault, as he confessed.
AFAIR Craig made a suggestion, we discussed it and reached the conclusion that I (think I) outlined above.
Peter I think your memory is correct and in danger of agreeing with mine and Dave's!
Simon, it's old age, not having kids, that makes the memory fade...
I think PeteC was being secretary, but I never saw any minutes published.

Woo, being called hib
the only reason i entered Zupeng was as part of scotts team if they won it was entirely his AWS. But i think that i ended up running arround all day - the rules are there for a reason, so we can all enjoy each other. Sorry scott you need another half cluster.
How would it work if someone built two halfs of a cluster and asked another driver of another team to drive there second half?

Now thats a good question Hib, and probably where this rule gets a little grey...anyone?
I agree with your logic about it being part of Scott's team. We got to figure out if 2 different builders = 2 different teams.
Can anyone bring a cube that's solid and isn't made of cardboard?
People are free to hack bits off their own ants if they are willing...I know I made my cube to be smaller than 4" square, just to make sure they always fit in a solid one.
