Dave-this wasn't a personal attack-I would have had the same issue no matter whose event it was. Hibs, Craigs, Petes, whoever...

Situation has been resolved, thanks to Josh who's gonna lend me the rx from his Super, though I'm still not happy that the situation had to arise in the first place.

Are there any trains into Hull ? I really want to go to AWS 19, however it is a considerable distance from me, and I can't drive, and my parents won't drive me there, so if anyone has any ideas, please tell me, thanks :)

Oh, and if anyone knows where I can find a modification page for Naro Pico servos, or anyone has any already modified for 360 rotation, I'd love to buy them from you or hear/see how you mod them

The National Rail website will help you plan your rail journey:

http://www.nationalrail.co.uk/index.html

Unfortunately it seems to suggest that you need to leave Shipton at 11pm Friday to reach Hull by 11am Saturday! :(

You may need to negotiate a different starting point...

1 ant per reciever = common sense. 2 ants per reciever = managable. Trying to run 4 is just stupidity and has the potential to bring the whole event to a hault, which nobody wants, and it is my job to make sure it all runs smoothly, so.

Trains into Hull are USUALLY quite good and easy to get...are you sure that's right Gary? :o

My geography is awful, so have no idea what station he would be closest to.

Another option is, is anyone who's coming up close to David so they could give him a lift, or is anyone getting a similar train?

Dave, would it be possible to create certificates like we had at AWS14?

Things like 'Best Driver', 'Best Designed' etc

Hmm, trophies cost money, or take a long time to make... I'll do some certificates for RRC8 though.

Hey :)

I am hoping someone on here can give me a lift, I am also hoping that I don't have to travel for 2 days to get there :P As I understand, Hull is like over 300 miles from my nearest big town, Oxford, so driving is not really an option.

Please Help ! Roboteer in need !

Oh, and that guide for the servo, thats like a regular servo, but I've been toold a pico has a slight problem regarding the pot and drive train, something that makes it more difficult to mod than other servos
