18th Feb, somewhere in Horsforth (most probably a church hall I've found).

Sorry guys, wont make it to this one either. Its not the date or place, it's my biggest issue...money!

But I hope I see you guys at aws20 (which I hope should be a big one) sometime in June-july (donnno, which month is the most common?)

AWS19 may relocate to a venue in Hull if it proves easier to secure. I'm wrestling with three possibilities at the moment, 2 in Leeds 1 in Hull, should have it sorted out properly over the christmas break. I'll let you all know in January.

where abouts in Hull Dave? If there's not that many of us, mum said we can use my house, lol, but I personally don't think we have enough space...

lol, there should be more people than that Ad. We are looking at the church hall at St. Michael's church up my end of Holderness Road, as my mam knows the people there. There are a couple of other church halls she knows people at too that I'm gonna ask about as soon as I'm home (tomorrow!).

OK, the venue's been booked, the event is on. Here are the details:

AWS19 - St. Michael's church hall - Hull.
Saturday 18th February.

10-30 - 12: Registration, fleaweights and superants

12 - 1: Lunch (A packed-lunch is advised. There is a pub across the road, but that's about it)

1 - end: AWS19 and extra events

Tea, coffee and squash will be provided. Ample parking facilities on or around the site. Not too hard to find. People getting a train would go to Hull station, then get a taxi to the venue as its not within walking distance of the station.

Hope you can all make it!

Pete C - Can I use your registration system for the event?

Gary - Will the battlebox be available, as my arena will be finished by then.
