I aim to be there! Doubt I'll have any time to work on my bots though, so they'll be in much the same state as AWS60. My brother also aims to be there, and he's hoping to bring a full team!

Will be there if possible.

I need to rebuild Stacie and Penelope with better materials. Probably I'll reprint the chassis with nylon or something, possibly make some other minor tweaks (and make a new weapon for Penelope, after it got caught in Cosmic Burgervan) I notice that the spinners "Test Robot" and "Cosmic Burger Van" are already signed up. I had a bad experience with both last time :)
Robots: Betsie - RaspberryPi controlled flipper bot with gyro stablisation - too clever for her own good?
Stacie - tidy flipper; 4wd driven by hair bands

I've signed up for this on AntLog and am looking forward to it! I'm pretty confident I'll have my robot working by then :)

What facilities are available in the pits? E.g. are there enough mains sockets for everyone, or do you all have to fight over them, or do people tend to bring battery-powered tools & charging?

Battery powered if we can, though I often also bring a 1-4 power adapter unit thingy.
Generally events are full of nice people who just want to help and offer anyone lacking tools use of theirs.

A few people will bring extension leads & spread them out around room, so everyone can share, so power shouldn't be a problem. I would recommend charging batteries the day before for good measure.
