A bristle bot uses a small motor with an offset weight mounted on a set of bristles (like a toothbrush head). The motor doesn't come into contact with anything, it just spins the offset weight, causing a vibration, and the robot bounces along on its bristles. A good example was Cybersnail in Techno-Games. Currently, bristlebots are classed as a type of shufflebot.

As far as I'm aware, you are using one of the Hexbug style bristlebots. If its one of the remote controlled ones, you should be ok if you want to enter it into the fleaweights. However, if its just one of the ones that runs around on its own, it would not be allowed as you would have to set it off manually as the battle starts, and this would involve being inside the battlebox. Also, if it is one of the ones without control, it would just run straight off the edge of the arena anyway.

You might be thinking of Drillzilla - that thing had weird shuffling beams and technically counted as a walker so was able to weigh 150kg and have armour too thick for Razer to crush (!) but they closed that loophole shortly afterwards. It'd be allowable in ants (the system's very similar to what Mutant used to have and Kwijebo currently has) but it works better with more weight on it, less bouncing!

Just been testing my failsafes and found the one on Fleabyte was not set properly so have had to rebind it to the Tx with the throttle fully back to get it running correctly again.
Not sure when or how it got altered but shows the importance of including it in the tech checks because it used to work.

I need dermal disks and glue sticks to re build my ant because as most off you know it's made of steel and lots of holes but I want to make it have more armor and be lighter by using polycarb and I want to do it by ant weight world series :D
