I'm aiming to get to the venue about 5/6 tomorrow to unload. Unsure if anyone else will be there at that time.

IMPORTANT
Anyone planning on coming on Sunday take note:

The Brighton Half Marathon is taking place, consequently several roads will be closed around the Brighton Centre and city centre traffic will be more chaotic than usual!

http://www.brightonhalfmarathon.com/about_street.php

We are stand number 83 (upstairs), we think it's the same place as last year...

Exhibitors
We need to be ready by 9:45 each day, so you need to arrive by about 9:15 to find the stand and get set up.

We will need to negotiate 40MHz frequencies, so I will need to know freqs each day by 9:30.

When you arrive, check in at the information desk at the Russell Road entrance and pick up your exhibitors badge. Please make sure you return the badges as we will need them for the next day!

Just a quick question Gary, are we limited to how many 40MHz units we can use ? I have 4 40MHz units each with a different frequency for each robot I have to use (Stewie, Bulletproof, Kill-a-chav and St Jimmy)

I don't know. Now we are upstairs we have to be a bit more careful about frequencies as we have to share with the boats etc. With more moving to 2.4GHz it's getting less of a problem, but there is still an amount of 40MHz (and 27MHz) in use.
I just have to take my wish-list along to the freq control desk and see what they say. We may have to share some channels in time slots.

If you want to park in town, the best car parks to use are Churchill 1 & 2 which are just behind the Brighton Centre.
Cost is high though. Beware: other car parks are even more expensive! Russell Road is particularly expensive.
The entrance to Churchill 1 is in West Street, best approached from the seafront.
