Brighton's a bit further than I usually have to travel but nothing's impossible :) just might arrive a bit later than my usual ridiculously early standard.

Some places that might be of consideration might be somewhere near high wycombe- they are not up north but they are not as far down as brighton.

Maidenhead?
Bourne End?
Marlow?
