hi,
im hoping to get it started around 11/11:15 so if you can start arriving a bit before that would be great, although i am notoriously bad with event times feel free to arrive from upwards of 10:30 but it will probs be a lot of me and the guys setting up arenas rather than fighting
oh and as a side note, can you please all bring extension cords as per usual, and would anybody like the responsibility of bringing the arena?

I thought that when I looked at the list considering the amount of people that post on here daily I thought most would have signed up, by the way fellow does it cost anything for entry? e.g. to cover the cost of the hall hire? or are the scouts letting you use it free of charge as a local communal event style thing?

hey,
it costs nothing to enter but we do have a pot/bowl there if people want to chip in towards the cost of the hall, however it is VERY optional and we wouldnt be expecting you guys to do anything but fight, repair and have a good time
