Motor question

Just been musing over possible designs for beetles that aren't based on RC cars (too heavy as a chassis, I've discovered, though it looks... unique): Are N20 motors man enough for the job if running, say, a 6-8WD system? Was thinking of extra traction and it occurred to me that smaller motors might be an added bonus, considering most recommendations are for larger motors.
