Where can I get parts/materials from?
There are a number of good websites that you can get parts or materials suitable for Antweight use from. The most commonly used/best shops are listed below:
- http://robotwars101.org/ants/shop/ - The shop on this site.
- http://www.robotmarketplace.com - For US Ants, but sells good speed controllers suitable for Antweight use (be warned, US rules differ from the UK rules!)
- http://www.precisionmicrodrives.com - Good for small motors suitable for Ants.
- http://www.sussex-model-centre.co.uk/ - Good for R/C stuff.
- http://www.maplin.co.uk - Small components etc. Batteries.
- http://www.technobots.co.uk - General store, for materials mainly.
- http://www.overlander.co.uk - Batteries etc.
