Micromouse newbie

Post by alasdair »

I am in a club to build micromouse bots at school, but they are not really telling us how to make our own. Does anyone have a simple pcb design that i could solder together on my own? No complicated microchips please!

Are you looking for a wall follower or a maze solver?

the first can be done with realitively simple circuits, the latter will need those complicated microchips!

aside from google it'll be worth looking at the micromouse website and forum. The next big event will be in Birmingam on Sat 28th Nov, you'll probably find some interesting people to discuss the topic at that one!

Colin

I think I'm getting confused about which competition you're entering... are you looking at the line following or wall following competition (or something else)?
