Who are you?

Post by thebeardedone »

Ok, I have seen this done on a lot of forums and I thought I would attempt to bring it here.

As being nosey is part of human nature and it is always good to know who you are conversing with online, I thought it would be a good idea to post an image of yourself here for the world (and the forum to see). I know that a lot of the members here attend the events but it will also be good for new members and those who haven't been to event yet, so that they can get familiar with the faces.

So, to start things off, here is a picture of me taken at the end of last year.

Not pretty but that was after a few (too many?) Cubans ...

I still haven't worked out how to post a picture. How?

Before you criticize another person, first walk a mile in their shoes. Then, when you critisize them, you'll be a mile away and have their shoes.

Upload a picture to a site such as photobucket and there should be link under the image itself for you to post to a forum such as this using the [Img] tags.

That is one method but I'm using another. I'm hosting the picture and taking the URL for it then just posting that in the [Img] tags.

Or just paste in a link to the image and I'll sort it out.
