hi!
my name is jack and i'm 11, i am part of a family team called team orr
i have loads of stuff to ask you guys but i'll save some stuff for other sheets
do any of you know where i can buy rc gear for ants really cheap?
i currently have 1 ant named kill-a-bye but i used the antshop to get him so i dont know where to buy stuff apart from there

Jack - take a look at some of the links on http://robotwars101.org/ants or also have a look through some of the earlier topics here. Sussex Models are reliable but not the cheapest, Al's Hobbies are really good but not don't have a huge range. Model Maniacs are good as well (Google if you can't find a link here).

what make of transmitter u guys use the most
so far smc looks the best site but does anyone know of a better one

hey

try googleing hitec ranger 3 thats what i use works well and was quite cheap although smc dont seem to sell it anymore so ebay or google it:)

josh, all i can find so far with the ranger 3 is a 75 meger-hurts which i know is illegal for ants

hi i got mine at smc did have a look for you but they dont sell it anymore but it might be worth ringing them because they have a lot of second hand stuff just tell them what you want and they might be able to find it.
