Please could anyone recommend a good 3D printer for someone who wants to start printing antweights? Ideally it should be as cheap as possible and not be too difficult to set up. The Creality Ender 3 looks like it could suit my needs. Is this a good printer, and is it able to print well with ABS? Would a cheap one be any good, or is a more expensive one necessary?
Thanks for the help.

I've got an Ender 3. It can print ABS, but you'll need an enclosure of some kind (unless you have a nice warm area to work in). It can print PETG, too, but it requires careful setup for that.
There can be some build quality issues with Ender 3s, but not usually anything that can't be fixed fairly cheaply. There's a large user base, so finding solutions isn't usually a problem.
