Any roboteers in/around Shropshire?

Hey guys

I got a phone call the other day from someone who runs something like an after schools club for people with learning difficulties and such, and one of their attendants is a 16 year old who loves robots, antweights in particular. They were asking if there was any roboteers in or around the Telford area that can help this guy build his own antweight/give him some guidance with it. It's a bit out of the way for me but is there anyone else that can help?
