Coolio.

Well if you're lucky I may, MAY have the prototype heavy duty version of the NanoTwo up and running by the AWS (3A/channel, 18v max, 13mmx13mm), though I only designed it about 2 hours ago :L All the parts are arriving tomorrow, and hopefully I can persuade the uni to print my boards asap; I want to try and get a prototype for this one working by the AWS so i can demo it, and could do with someone to stress test it... but this is assuming there's no fundamental flaw in my design, which is always quite possible
Basically, I wouldn't bank on it, but if you can't source one i'll let you know if it does magically get finished in time :L Would have to fit it on the morning of the AWS, and even then it would be largely untesed, so all round it's not exactly a safe bet :L

I have a circuit that wiggles outputs in response to R/C inputs, so hopefully I will have it driving a motor reliably in time for the AWS - then RONNY might actually drive in a more-or-less sensible manner
Sadly I won't have anything available to release upon the unsuspecting world in time for AWS43 - you'll all have to wait until '44

Re: Earthwormjim's Stuff
Thanks alot chaps.
Much appreciated.
I think the Baby-Orangutan from the red baron might have escaped somewhere in my shed. I will set a trap using an upturned crate, and some bananas to try and capture it before the AWS.
I would rather do that, then get a nice new shiny production model from Rory or Gary when they are happy with the product.
Long live rock and roll. Yeah!
Much appreciated.

Sorry. Did I say long live rock and roll?
I meant to say long live Drum and Bass.
Sincere apologies to all concerned.

Re: Earthwormjim's Stuff
Hi.
Its me!
I am trying to add 2 x additional potentiometers to a Tx.
This is to give me dual inputs on 2 of the channels.
The originals are 5k pots. I bought 10k pots, as that is all I could get that would fit at the time, for testing.
They are wired in parallel, daisy chained on from the originals.
They work, but are off centre by a lot, giving very slow movement when turning the pot one way, and very fast movement, when moving the other. I have found some 2k replacements, will they improve my predicament, or worsen it?
Will even finding some lesser spotted 5k pots rectify the situation?
I wired a 10k resistor accross the 2 end posts of the 10k pot, to change it into a 5k pot,as google suggested(?), but it didnt make any difference.
I wasnt expecting the centre point to be the issue when doing this??
Any thoughts/suggestions much appreciated.
(Tx is a DX6i)
Ta, chums.
