hello people :D
starting to rebuild "if it aint broke break it" is now made of polycarbonate (6mm and 2mm so far) and im going brushless.
jonny: if you havent sold/used/eaten your brushless esc can you let me know?
i need to buy a new motor becuse the wires have got all tangled so i took 'em out to see what it looked like :lol:

i also need to get a disc made for this noting fancy, just a simple circle with two teeth, can anybody help?

looks good so far!, yes i've still got that esc lying around but i'm keeping it for another spinner of my own i'm afraid

Just a couple of points I wouldn't use copper wire for the front supports it is much too soft much better with piano wire.
Also I wouldn't just glue them onto the polycarb that is very difficult to bond to with any great strength I would drill into the plastic so they are a tight fit and then also glue them.
Otherwise a promising start.

I usually use about 1 to 1.5 mm diameter also very useful for flipper linkages.

what is the lightest (and still fairly cheap) 11.1v lipo that could see a spinner through a fight or two?

I got 3 single cell 350mah cells for a couple of dollars each for Raoul from hobbyking. So far they have exceeded expectations.
Cant get much cheaper.
