i was looking at lego ones: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Lego-Technic- ... 415c7bc71d and was wondering if anyone new if it is metal or plastic? and i dont think a glue stick would work very well, all plastic and that, but i may be completly wrong, as i have no experence with such small robots... and i may look in to the cd player idea..

They're plastic but some solvent cement should allow you to glue the lego (ABS) to some other plastic.

You could bolt the holes and even weld it using a hot air gun with a small nozzle or a soldering iron with a tip you don't want any more.

I ment using a pritstick for a liniar actuator...

So, I'm not going to use a liniar actuator at the moment, as I can't build one smallenough. So I'm going to use the servo I original said about, and are these the proper mg90s? http://www.giantcod.co.uk/towerpro-mg90 ... 03863.html

Ok so I'm going to use some micro motor things instead, which go about 300rpm, with Lego wheels, powerd buy a servo board... then a Lego liniuar actuator, powered by another One of those motors, the crushing arm is made of stainless steel, and that is powered by a servo bored, as well, but it uses the potentiometer, to return the crushing arm...

those controllers are good but they are for brushless motors, the motors are fine, had no experience with that linak but looks good, those batteries are fine, i'd aim for the 250mah-350mah mark

Oh, ok, and I should probably had a closer look at that esc, before I asked about it... Lol, and any links to sone batteries with in that capacity range? As there isn't any on the site (as far as I can see), thanks
