As far as I'm aware the only 4wd ant currently is Dynamite. 7th from the top here.

As for doing it with servos though, it is apparently possible. However, when I tried it, it seemed very unreliable.

Dynamite http://images.fotopic.net/y8cdag.jpg uses four motors in pairs and a sozbots motor controller. Its predecessor, Dynamo http://windisch.co.uk/electra/images/rrc03_Dynamo.jpg, used four servos in pairs. It worked fine, although it was a little slow. The only thing is you really have to make sure you have calibrated the servos to the same centre position.
Interestingly, the wheels skid when Dynamite is rotating on the spot. I guess I would need to build in differentials to stop that from happening.
