Can you not just employ a second driver and treat it like a cluster? Entanglement devices are banned under weaponry. I don't think that tether is an entanglement device or a weapon of any kind.

I'm still a fan of S.D.F. and glad you're building another. And its always nice to see precise construction without 3D printing. Disappointing lack of Mecha-Spall though!
