Re: AWS 35 - Pontefract - 17th July 2011
I will be able to make it.
Just thought I would say, that we are still (re)building truant for this competetion. We SHOULD, have him done in time, but if not, Disobidiant will see the field of battle.

Re: Birmingham TechFest (Micro Mouse 2011)
It was great fun! After LOTS of trouble with my F1 (managed to load the program onto the wrong chip, and I did not have the original!) I had to bipass the entire circtuit to make it just go forwards REALLY FAST! Without the penalty i got a time of 1.2 seconds! My sumo did much better than I expected...

Re: Object Detection Circuit
That sounds like a good plan. How would I design the pcb? It basically needs to have the left and right motor going constantly forward (with the right motor going slightly faster(a variable resistor will sort that)) and a push to break microswitch, which when broken needs to make the left motor go b...

Object Detection Circuit
Hi I am looking for a simple object detection circuit for a micromouse. It will have two wheels constantly going forwards, but I will have a sensor sticking out the side to sense if there is a wall (it will automatically be able to turn right due to the body shape) but it will need to have a sensor ...

Invertable
I am designing a new robot, and due to the design, he is incredible, but not symmetrical. I have found this much: When it is flipped on it's back, forward and backwards is switched, but the steering stays the same. ( so when i try and turn left or right, it turns left or right accordingly, but when ...
