so... other than putting names on them, i think im about done... i sure hope my scales are correct... five quid jobbie off feebay... dusty has a grabber and flipper that i managed to make weigh exactly the same, so i can swap between matches depending on what i require... 2.5mm aluminium front armou...

trimming is complete. done a few modifications and am now weighing in at 144g... plenty for attaching the top shell with a little to spare... not entirely sure how im going to attach it just yet, but i will find a way...

thanks... last time i weighed all the parts of 187 i was at 150.68g but i still had a fair bit of trimming to do which is now done and its currently drying up... i have plenty of inner chassis i can add speed holes to if need be so getting it within weight shouldnt be a problem for me... im nearly f...

looks good... saw a simmilar idea with the dual spinners and using the gyro to steer... glad to see more of this idea as i think its a pretty cool bot to have in your team...

so far it definitely has the same look/style of your other bots so it fits the team well... cant wait to see more progress

thanks for the help and compliments guys. i have relocated my switch to the bottom where i am now making it as hard as possible to switch off by hand. figure if its tricky for me when im trying, itll be even trickier for another bot... in theory... voorsk, if you lived near to me, id be happy to com...

thanks for the reply, i guess being able to bend the cover open on dusty is a good thing then... well, until another bot opens it up for me during a match... i actually made 2 of the carbon fibre shells so i have 1 spare for when the first gets destroyed... both still need a fair bit of tidying up.....

so, today my wheels arrived... decided to start building the chassis for 187... then built a 4x4x4 box from foam then i got a little carried away and got started on another bot... i used both a miniature heroes tub and a roses tub and have created Dusty... dusty is a dustpan grabber bot. about 5 inc...

thanks, my plans for my first event is to go, get to know people. learn some things then my bot can kill or be killed. i should hopefully have something antweight to bring along by februrary... maybe 2 if i get enough time... but i figure, i will come along even if i dont get mine up and running in ...
