Re: The AWS43 Feedback Thread
I will say again, fantastic event, run very smoothly and was a hugely enjoyable day. I must say I agree with Andy re the judges decision. I appreciate that it is very hard to call but the fact that fandabadozy is a very defensive robot by design and that it was 100% successful in what it was designe...

Re: AWS 43- University of Reading- Sat 8th March 2014
Yeah, Alasdair, you just have to sign up the four, then the fleas separately after. As long as it turns out that the 4th one is a cluster/walker on the day, that's grand-o Great! In other, entirely unrelated news, looking for volunteers to drive Salt as part of the clusterbot  (i have a secon...

Ok, great, thanks Peter!peterwaller wrote:What I would do is register the 3 ants and the cluster as the 4 entries.
Unfortunately you can set walker but not cluster so I usually put cluster in the name for instance Termite Cluster.
Then do a seperate entry for the two fleas making sure you change ant to flea.

Re: AWS 43- University of Reading- Sat 8th March 2014
Hi guys.
I am looking to sign up to this one with 3 ants, a cluster, and then two fleas (the two parts of the cluster) in the fleaweights. How should I go about this as there are but 4 slots and on the dropdown list Clusterbot isn't a category?
Alasdair

Re: AWS 42 - Burntwood Staffordshire 26th October
Just got home. Really enjoyed this event, I have a lot of new ideas for some design changes and the general atmosphere was very friendly. Fantastic job to Scott of course, I will beat you next time!

Re: fleas
I haven't been able to post for a while due to school pressure and the like, but I have made some progress on the flea. This is Pepper (previously known as Salt) in his current form: http://img844.imageshack.us/img844/1490/uk43.jpg There is much more space inside now, so I can fit everything in with...
