Re: Weapon materials
Yep, 2mm grade 5 Titanium is what you want, especially if you can waterjet it. I got mine from here and it worked well. As for the CAD, while I don't have an appropriate dxf file, the mounting holes for the DYS 1806 (and the Redcon 2204 that Shakey likes) are M2 (2.2mm holes for clearance) on a 9mm ...

The new Killer Wolf is looking really good, a big upgrade on the current version, and the 6 wheeler should be really cool too, looks nice in the cad.

Pololu high power motors on 4s?
Well, the title says it all really, has anybody run the pololu high power micro gear motors on a 4s lipo? If so, what were the results?
It appears they can handle 3s as long as they aren't stalled for any time, but I can't find any record of someone using them on 4s.

Re: Antweight Arena - Team ARC - Your input is needed!
Firstly, welcome to antweights, it's good to have more people entering and even better that your building your own arena. Your design looks like a good start but there are a couple of changes I'd advise. 1. Doors in the side for getting bots in/out, once the arena is up on a table it will be a hassl...

Re: Team Shakey Build Diary
Looks great, glad to see it back.
I'm sure we'll see it tomorrow, shakey's only signed up 3 ants so far and I was wondering what the 4th would be.

Re: Peter Wallers Robot Ramblings
That must be pretty annoying given how many pics you've got there. Unfortunately i don't think that photobucket is worth bothering with anymore, but I can recommend Imgur as a very good replacement.

Re: GeorgeR's robots
Vampire's now sporting a 130mm diameter asymmetric bar...
The other bar was originally made for a different spinner design so didn't have the long reach that the overhead design allows, I'll probably give both a run out next week to see how they fare.
