Shufflebot walking mechanism?
Tempted to build a shufflebot soon but can't quite get my head around the shuffling mechanism. Tried googling it but all that comes up is a Daft Punk-esque musican with a cardboard box for a head. Has anyone got a good photo of the mechanism that I can reverse engineer?

Re: New antweight fighter
I imagine I could beat most EDFs with a big enough spinner (coming soon ) but I thought it'd be fun to try and design a weapon just for them to show they could be easily beaten.

Printed out the chassis and strapped in a TinyTwo and a 180maH lipo. Weighs 53g so far, so 97g for each of the modular weapons.

Re: New antweight fighter
My thoughts exactly, a hard to beat bot like an EDF is great IMO as it'll drive innovation and make builders create some new and interesting designs.

Re: New antweight fighter
After the controversy over EDFs at AWS, I'm having a go at designing a bot that can defeat them. Its weapon will be useless against most other bots though so I'm going modular. Just finished designing a base drive and control module that'll contain the motors, battery and TinyTwo speed controller, a...

Re: EDFs
Is there any way to redesign an arena to reduce the effectiveness of an EDF?
