Just looking back at the initial thread.... Hmm, I have heard of LowBlow before ... can I ask what competitions have you entered in the past (if at all)? There's been some discussion on the minisumo forum ( here & here ) as well as appearing at a number of Midlands Micromouse & Robotics Club...

Off Topic: Yeah, all of those factors you mention should contribute to the overall cost. Don't knock your price down for the sake of beating competition though. If you think your robot is worth ?130 then sell it for that :wink: I guess it takes time to design down to a cost, personally I've started...

Are you looking for a wall follower or a maze solver? the first can be done with realitively simple circuits, the latter will need those complicated microchips! aside from google it'll be worth looking at the micromouse website and forum .
