You could probably squeeze in the weight limit by going to a B328 + RX32 combo, switching to a of Turnigy Nanotech 2S 160mAh battery, using a Plush6 BESC for the weapon and swapping the 3-4mm thick HDPE for some 1.6-2mm fiber glass / PCB
