so 3 bodies down... obviously needs tidying up and wheel hole/weapon holes cut. but these are the basic bodies. still waiting for them to fully cure before i start making holes weighed along with a chassis and an extra 280mah nano tech and come in 1g under weight so weight wont be an issue hopefully...

yes its a straight bridge from signal pin to - with aluminium, you can work harden it. if you have a strong flat surface and a decent hammer, you can hammer it thinner that it already is which in turn strengthens it. you can get 6061 decently hard with this method so even if its not 7075, it will be...

a bit of bent paperclip also works... if you can find one that fits the holes snugly, its as good as any plug plus allows for handsfree operation as you can "plug" it in and leave it there until finished... you may even find a paper clip thats correct guage and perfectly sized to be able t...

i wouldnt assume that about the wires, i purchased a bldc and esc kit and on mine, i assumed it was like that. could not get it to work until i hooked the right esc wire to centre bldc wire... very odd i thought, but it could be the same with yours... my newer smaller esc and bldc i had to guess str...

i had an rc car that used the Ballance lead to power it... so i used the same idea on a rock crawler i built... never had any issues with it

i would have cut either the top or bottom polycarb with tabs that would be bent up (or down) that i could then cut to size and make space for the wheels to fit... cut it like a net with enough extra to fill the gap... but if you decide to do this, bend first and cut to shape after as trying to bend ...
