You know what, it just occured to me that maybe the reason the kits are 250g is that Jonno is essentially a heavyweight builder. I know Jonno tests these kits and make sure they generally work BUT if you look at the design, it is a bit pants really. The flipper arm is too long beyond where the servo...

if you're going for cobalt drills you can buy single ones of the size you want off ebay. A set from screwfix will cost you ?20 minimum.

You really only need an hss drill for mild steel though.
