Thanks for the advice guys :)...I did a range test earlier this evening, I wandered to the other end of my house and through the guest suite and it never stopped working so I'm guessing there's enough length in the tracks to get decent range, as you said :) They do seem to be quite flimsily attached...

BR6000 aerials

I just got out Jigsaw after my trip to Roaming Robots at Wigan and - although it was running on one aerial to begin with, the other fell off at AWS30 - the remaining aerial appears to have worked loose and fallen off at some point during the event or journey :? Is this a major issue, do 2.4ghz recie...

It's not only allowed but very possible, speaking as the owner of Little Yellow Taxi :P I actually found building a flea easier than building an ant, the first version of LYT came in well underweight (66g) and I hadn't done anything especially to save weight, careful selection of parts to start with...

Welcome to the sport John :) As Scott and Gary already said, reading through the previous forum posts might prove useful, you can learn a surprising amount about the technical details just by reading...speaking of Reading, I'm guessing you're within fairly easy reach of there? It'd help if you could...

We could have a few more grudge matches in the near future...Scott's doing a mini Firestorm, Dave wants his run-all-day thing to look like Killertron and in the face of that I've started designing and collecting bits for a mini Roadblock :P All we need is a mini RW style arena and something involvin...

I *might* be going but between worried parents and my AS level revision it's only an outside chance I'm afraid :(

This is strange news to hear, I was beginning to have visions of Pants still being used at AWS91 when we're all using all in one brushless drive systems and computerised Waller speed controller driven titanium wedges, fighting on with the wrapping paper and plasticard armour and surprisingly effecti...

I think I'll be there too, it is actually quite well timed as it's just before I have to really start revising for my exams (which is the reason I can't attend RRC next time :P)

Just got in, I can't really accurately summarise how brilliantly I thought it went as not only was it well organised and run (although there was a slight parking issue :P) but I actually did reasonably and more than one person said they thought Jigsaw was really good, which was completely unexpected...
