Re: SCAR: Steel City Antweight Robots - 21st May - Sheffield

Am looking forward to this. Quick question, is there a limit for the number of bots a team can enter?

Re: Ant Freeze 8

This sounds good, anything that promotes diversity of entries is good with me. One thing though, I think it might be good to clarify what counts within a specific weapon type now, just to avoid any confusion on the day. For instance, do drill & saw bots count as spinners? Also, would a grab &...

Re: Ant Freeze 8

This format sounds interesting, I'm looking forward to it already. One question, would cluster bots (with or without active weapons) qualify for the freestyle category?

Re: Antlog locked?

Antlog gets locked when an event is on so people can't tamper with it during the tournament. It usually gets unlocked once the event is finished, but the last event (AWS61) coincided with the start of the Spring lockdown so nobody has touched it since.

Re: BotFest 4 (25th April 2020)

The image for the draws isn't showing for me. Fingers crossed we can go ahead this month but if not then we all have time to further refine our designs at least. If you can't see the draw here's a link to the FRA post; https://www.fightingrobots.co.uk/threads/14398-botfest-4-(25th-april-2020)?s=d53...

Re: Ellis's (Team BANANAPHONE/A12) build log!

Hi Ellis It sounds like one of your drive motors could be soldered in backwards (I'm guessing the left one if forward on the stick is making you turn left). You can fix it by pushing forward on the stick, seeing which wheel spins the wrong way & swapping the motor round. If this fixes the forwar...

Flysky FS-I6 language settings

Hey everyone Different sort of issue here. I've bought a Flysky FS-I6 from ebay & the menus are all in Chinese. The physical item, the menu & the box are in English and after checking the manual & the menu in English on my other FS-I6 I can't find a way to change it. Does anybody know of...

Re: Ant Battery

Hobbyking do have a 260mah lipo, which looking at the dimensions listed would only be slightly bigger than than the old 180's, so at least there's an option. https://hobbyking.com/en_us/turnigy-nano-tech-260mah-2s-35-70c-lipo-battery.html?queryID=7dd4bf8e361d7473894311de7768d843&objectID=83444&a...
