Thanks for the resounding no,My parents were starting to get a bit nervous that I was going to be hacking tiny little pieces and that it was going to cost them a lot of money.

I want this robot to feel like I've done the work not just bought and glued,is it worth trying to speed hack the flipper?
Also I think I need new scales, if only I had thought of that before Christmas!the shockbots say they are 120g but my scales says mine is 102g!

My cute little shock bots kit has arrived and it needs charging, I've put it in charging at 80 milliamps or whatever the numbers on the dial are and a light is on.How long should it take and what number should I charge it on?

You would need to remove a hinge and add one which is hard work in itself but to be honest front hinged flippers never seem to work quite right at this scale. And believe me, I've tried! Then you need to get the robot low enough and everything and move the servo, adjust the arm mechanism. Not to me...
