If you like the Simpsons, things Troy McClure has starred in make great names.

LED's are shiny :)

Also, I took a quick video of it running around: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8MGi-sV ... e=youtu.be
It ends how I expect all fights with this robot to end; with me driving out the arena

LEDs ruin Harry's filming. I learnt that at the last Reading AWS. Lol

Its really quite impressive though. If you can keep it under control it'll be a serious contender. Have you thought about clustering it with an exact clone?

I previously thought about building a clone of Haggis and entering those two as my cluster, and I literally had the polycarb and scissors in my hands but I just couldn't be that guy, as I knew I'd end up entering them both separately in the FWS and that just would be un cool :L

it that one is only 65 grams you could make a three botlet cluster of that, haggis and that tiny 8 gram robot. that would be fun.

Sadly, my 8g robot is in a bit of a state of disrepair atm, and has no on-board mixing so would be on a Blade tx with diagonal drive which could be interesting.. :L Also, as the FWS is after the AWS, I'd rather have a dedicated fourth member of my AWS team so that I don't trash my fleas before the FWS.

I may do.. However I'm still waiting on parts, and I'm not sure I'll have time or tools to build it before the AWS, so am looking at more boring backup ideas.
