They look really well made and no gaffa tape I shall look forward to seeing them in action.

Re: Die Gracefully Robots and Team Horse Power News
Its really drivable Peter, or as drivable as the 4WD one. The middle 2 wheels run slightly faster than the outer 4, which I think helps with the rate of spin, though more by accident than design.
Dan, the expanding one will be running as a cluster, so the last one could be anything.
Not sure I'll be doing a flea. I think Green OPS might still be running so might bring it. And the nano too.

I dunno, could be a spinner killer; If bad idea came up against that it's probably take a chunk out and jam up the blade... once the blade stops moving it's a sitting duck

Is it a good time to mention that the yellow tops on both machines are cardboard...?

Cardboard is an annoyingly effective armour against spinners
Plastic? Fine. metal? Fine. Cardboard? Oh lemme just jam my blade!

Re: Die Gracefully Robots and Team Horse Power News
I was going to leave them armour less but I think there's something psychological about covering the internals, however inadequately, for both me and my opposition. Plus I needed to use the yellow paint I bought :-p
