Titanium Sheet
I know people are often after Titanium sheet and when you need it on ebay it is not available.
A seller is offering offcuts of Grade 5 on there now but they are all by auction.
I am afraid I aleady had the 0.5mm sheet but I was outbid in the auction and received a 2nd Chance Offer as he had another sheet the same so it might be worth contacting him via ebay to see if he has more. He still has some 1mm and 1.6mm available.

Just been back on ebay and these auctions seem to have finished.

Re: Titanium Sheet
I don't know how much you paid, but if anyone is interested I recently got some prices for grade 5 titanium sheet.
£75 for a 200mm x 200mm x 2mm sheet & £40 for a 200mm x 100mm x 2mm sheet.

Re: Titanium Sheet
Unfortunately Grade 5 is not much good to ant folks because we tend to bend for scoops and such, and having tried bending grade 5, 1mm for Stewie and have it snap, I wouldn't use it .

No problems, appreciate the heads up.
Re: Titanium Sheet
While grade 5 isn't great for bending, it is one of the best grades to use for standard flat armour panels, so saying that it's "not much good to ant folks" isn't really true. I've always used grade 5 for my armour whenever possible.
That said, 2mm grade 5 is WAY overkill for Antweight armour. The only use would be in weapons or spikes.

Re: Titanium Sheet
Yes I have to agree I use it for flat armour, lifting tines and spinner blades and nearly always 1mm but Anticyclone has a 2mm blade.
It is possible to bend it but it needs a very big bend radius.
The biggest problem is that we use such small bits big sheets last forever.

Would be interested in 3mm grade 5 if you could give me a figure for a 300mm square sheet.
