I've known some speedos to be able to take a bit of overvolting if you want more power for when you put smaller wheels on it.

The BEC will typically be the first thing to go if you do it as it is only really designed to take about 0.5A so by disconnecting the red wire on the servo lead to the reciever and having a reciever battery or a bigger regulator to power the reciever.

It is nice to know that the cheap chinese speedos will run a drill without melting on sudden acceleration and reversal. If they don't melt when driving into a wall for ~30s then they're a bargin.

None of that will matter. Kane has stated you can pay on the day without trouble. And we once took Monolith on the train from Bradford to Burgess Hill! That was a bit silly, lol. I'm thinking of going in the garage and knocking up a featherweight for the O2 now.
You will need a name though, has it got one yet?

Lol.
I'd call it Murphy's Law. As in everything that could go wrong, will go wrong.
