NOTE: Venue has moved to Building 177 as planned.

We are still working on final details which will hopefully be available on this coming Saturday all being well - however, please be aware that if you are attending and under the age of 18, we will need a parent or guardian to be with you all day (this can, in reality, be anybody over 18 as long as they're prepared to look after you). Not our choice but Universities like to lead us a merry dance with paperwork.

For reference on how insane it's got: I've just had to answer the question: "Will there be any weapons (even if ceremonial) at your event?" I know what they're *really* asking - but it's a wonderful game of if we don't declare, we get in a whole heap of bother.....

Please be aware that we will be closing sign-ups on Monday 30th October at 10PM. This is to ensure that we have time to complete all the necessary paperwork for the venue, which we cannot do until we know a number of teams.

I've signed a couple up, but not certain I'm able to get there yet. Will confirm later.

Not a problem at all - as I say, would far rather have people dropping out than turning up unannounced!

1) Final call for teams - if you aren't registered, please do so ASAP as registration closes tomorrow at 10PM. I *absolutely* cannot accept extra teams after that point, unless we have a drop-out.

2) Final details updated in the 2nd post. Please check this and read carefully.

Spectators are welcomed, subject to us actually having venue capacity to allow them in. We would ask that spectators do not arrive before 10AM.

One slight problem seems to be that although we have a deadline for entries as far as I know Antlog will still be allowing more entries.
Any way we are up to 69 entries so far so it looks like a good turn out.

It's looking good - agreed Pete.

As far as I'm aware, downloading the database will lead to closure of the event. While, yes, I suspect you'd normally do that on the morning of the event, if I do so tonight at 10PM, it'll close entries.

That's OK then are you running the event using antlog or paper charts.
