Antweight World Series 51 - Peasedown St. John, 29th October 2016

Post by PanoramicHarry »

Posting a new topic to save scrolling through the other one, but the next AWS will be held in Peasedown St. John (not far from Bath).

Link to sign up here: http://antlog.garya.org.uk/entrant?eventId=4

The venue address is...
St John's Church Hall
Church Road
Peasedown St John

Entrance may look like a driveway so I've marked it out on a map to make it easier.

I think I should be able to make this - it's very short notice :( but managed to beg an afternoon off work to travel down. As Bath is Tears For Fears country I'll see if I can make a small weekend pilgrimage out of it!

Fortunately, we should be able to come! We shall be signing up soon but I need to work out whether I'll test my new one in competition or not once it's built. Should sign up start of next week. :D

Have signed up J64 at least - I don't think I'll be able to have much else seriously done in time, although something may materialise from the collection of Chinese/Vanuatuan/otherwise Far Eastern parts on my bench for fun. Will sort out travel arrangements soon - wondering if anyone else is also making a weekend of it so hotels can be coordinated?

Only 20 robots signed up so far it helps the organiser if people sign up as soon as possible remember you can always change your entry using antlog but it does give an indication as to who is coming.
