Is this going ahead? Wondering whether to book a room in Basingstoke :)

As I understand it this is event is going ahead at least as the Antweight Open and as no definite alternative has appeared more than likely as the AWS.

Definitely! Sadly, we are going to be unable to make Bath as it is way too far for us to travel so the Antweight Open is really our last chance for an event for the rest of the year. We wouldn't want to miss out on the Antweight Open at all; really loved it last time. :D

I would definitely want this event to go ahead this has been on the calendar since the end of August.
The fact that another event might be organised if a venue can be found is all a bit iffy I think we should aim to make this the AWS and if the other event does happen then all well and good we don't have enough events as far as I am concerned.

Agreed; well said Pete. I agree that currently the issue of the venue for the next AWS is concerning. Basingstoke is to date my personal favourite venue so another AWS at Basingstoke would definitely be the best way to do it.
