Midlands Robotics - Robot Event - December 2016 - Pattingham

Post by TeamCrash »

Hi everyone,
Would anybody be interested in a POSSIBLE robot event/meet up in Pattingham during December? Antweights and lighter will be allowed and there is a 50p charge for spectators, ant weights are lighter are £1 for 1 robot (this is not mandatory, but much appreciated as it helps the event.)

Ideas for the day:
1v1 fights throughout the day
A few robot races
Annhilators
and much more.

Thanks,
Team Crash and Team Gremlin.

Six weeks is known as the summer holidays. EG the time when students finish school (July) and start again (September)

SUSPENDED! - I dont have the time/money to fully commit and I may have killed a motor and my NanoTwo :o !

I may give this another go at some point, but for now its over.

We probably could come provided it was not between the 6th and 14th August as that's when we're camping. don't plan the event around me though as theres a chance we might not be able to make it anyway due to other things.

I'm confused! (Easily done I know)

The first post says December, then everyone's talking about August... so when's it to be?
