I know, it's a new record for me :L All my ants are already competition ready, though this probably says more about how little my team has changed since last time.. They've all had upgrades done, but nothing really new I'm afraid, other then perhaps a new chassis for 'Moon'; been too busy with the heavier classes over the last few months :S

hi guys. what do you all want to in terms of nanoweights? we could either do the melee format again or we could do a standard double elimination tournament. the way i see it melees would save time but double elimination would be easier to draw and everyone would get more fights. it's up to you guys.

Save it til the end, see how much time/how many survivors are left and go from there? I quite like the melees but happy to do whatever.

If you are wondering why we seem to now have more than 3 'rollers' it's because smart ant 5 has now become a cluster

Quick note for Dan, Gemma's robot Odd Haz won't be in the main competition. She only wants three.

A week to go and the forum is pretty dead. Maybe everyone is quietly working away in the shadows? Anyway thought I'd do a rallying cry for people missing from the sign ups.

I've already contacted Oliver and our silent but benevolent ruler Mr Collier. I know Rhys and his wife are expecting so he probably has other priorities. However Haz and Jim both said they were going to come and have now gone quiet, which saddens me. We are also missing Aaron and Ryan, the ubiquitous Mr Weston (who we all know by law we can't have an AWS without), the inexcusable Mr Shakey, and our reiging champ, who seems to have disappeared off the face of the Earth again. I think him and Welsh Andy have gone to some secret Andy village somewhere...

Don't worry Dave; we're coming! We're just having trouble frantically working away at some new concepts which will be quite exciting (if they work) and I hadn't even thought of signing up yet! We'll try to get signed up very soon. :D
