Re: antweight open 3 2015 21st November 2015

I can do shouting and organising and stuff for you. We can talk about it on Saturday. I know people enjoy Antweight Open as a casual event but I'm not sure there'll be many volunteers to run the last AWS this year, and this event is round about the right time anyway.
You don't have to if you don't want to of course, was just a thought :-)

no, i really want to do it! it'll be nice to step things up a notch. yeah, Dave if you could do shouting and things that would also be very good. i'll get some certificates made up and i think my nan said she'll help out with food so we should have refreshments in the venue.

as for pit space: the arena will be in the main hall along with as much pit space as we can get in with it and the signups desk. additional pit space will be in another small room in the building. we should have plenty enough space for everyone with two rooms but may i please ask that everyone keeps their pits areas tidy and in order. thanks. :)
Daniel Jackson.

For those of you that missed it, this event will now be AWS48, run by Dan and Vicki, with help from me. I'd change the topic heading but I'm still away so if another moderator could do it that would be great.

Great! An event we should be able to make it to! It's a shame that we'll miss out on our Antweight Open though...
