Thanks to Vicky and everyone for a great event. Nice to get to chat to people rather than frantically trying to fit all the fights in!
Lovely to see some new faces and some old faces in addition to the regulars.

This was possibly my best event ever since James has allowed me to drive my own robots, getting through to the play-offs was a major achievement :)

Red Snapper is surely the best Pants-kit robot ever, great work Luke and Charlie! 8)

I would also like to say what a great and enjoyable event it was.
Even with a turnout of almost 40 robots it was that bit more relaxed than a full AWS so as others have said more time to socialise.
Thanks to Vicki Dan and family for organising it and congratulations to all the winners.
The funny thing was that I had been talking to Dan Townends dad earlier and he said Dan was worried he had fogotten how to drive.
I wish I could forget how to drive like that.

Thanks for a great event even if I arrived too late for the main tournaments (Thanks car :P )

I hadn't competed in a while and it was a nice and relaxed way to get back into it.

Thanks for putting the event on Vicki, Dan and Co, good fun and a bit more laid back than the usual AWS; good to see raceway again :)

Well done to all the winners, especially the slightly jammy Dan and EPQ (goes away for ages, wins 2 competitions on his return!).

I look forward to the next Antweight Open :).

SLIGHTLY JAMMY!!! HOW DARE YOU! LOL, I got very jammy yesterday, with the draw in general and the fact that i managed to switch stewie off in the tag team, maybe I should eat more jam...

A big thank you to Vicki, Dan et al for organising this. We had a great time. My wife was originally planning on disappearing into Basingstoke to go shopping but she enjoyed it so much she stayed all day and might even be persuaded to do some driving at the next one. Everyone who saw my atrocious driving on the raceway will appreciate she can only do better
It's such a nice friendly bunch of people that as a family we are hooked and hope to see everyone in January, hopefully with Yellow as well as Red Snapper.

PS The boys took their medals into school today to show their friends, thanks very much for them Vicki, it was a nice touch.
